Need a quote on screen printing 100 Shirts please

Hello everyone..I have a client looking for 100 shirts. This order is for a larger organization and want to test out 100 at first but will likely order more. Here are the details.

The front will say "Declaring War On Cancer"

This will be the back but will have the bottom line of text removed.

25 Medium Ash Color

25 Large  Ash Color

25 XL      Ash Color

I apologize if this is confusing as I dont know much about screen printing requirements and this is all they have given me so far.
