MH721 setting

hi ,excuse for my bad english ,i'm french

i've got a refine Mh721,it works very well but when i cut a logo for example,the machine cuts 2 times, she does 2 pass on the same line.

how can i cut in 1 pass ?

what are the original setting of the machine ?

the software : winpcsign or signblazer: same problem

Had this problem as well.  For me it was my artwork.  I use Illustrator to create the art and for some reason sometimes there are 2 paths where there should only be one.  I simply remove the extra paths and it cuts fine after that.

Make sure that there arent 2 designs on the same edge, the areas will register to the cutter and it will attempt to make multiple cuts. Also make sure that the Pass setting is set to 1, nothing higher. I use signcut and it has the option right when you open the cut dialog.

If you're using tracing feature on some design software, it'll trace both the blacks and the whites separately, resulting in duplicate paths in the design. If that's the case, just ungroup everything and remove the extra vectors.

On Illustrator you can "ignore white" when using the live trace feature, fixes alot of the double cutting problems
