talibulelm 1 Posted February 26, 2010 . High I just got my NEW mh1351 ready and working on my first job just 12 shirts I told it to cut all 12 consecutivly .Well after the 4th one it just stopped, so I thought it was taking a quick break but I noticed that the timer was still ticking. So I reset it nothing. Then I unpluged it and changed the USB cord still nothing. Thanks
Spyder Graphix 0 Posted February 26, 2010 Can you get it to cut after you have reset the pc and the cutter? Is it grounded. they have to be to work right.
thredz 1 Posted February 26, 2010 I used to have that problem when I first got my mh721. A lot of the problem was the memory buffer in the cutter. The mh721 only has 4 megs of memory. I don't know about the 1351, but if you're loading 12 consecutive cuts it's probably loading as much as it can into memory and stopping. Try deleting the job, restarting the program and the cutter and running the designs two or three at a time.
