I need shirts printed. Can anyone do this job??

Okay, well I have a customer who is wanting a lighthouse on a cliff over looking the beach with a pontoon boat parked up on the beach andpalm trees etc.  Can anyone do this???  I am pretty laid up, just got out of the hospital for emergency full hysterectomy.  I just don't have the energy for this.  He is wanting more of a "real" look than clip art look.  I attached something i was just trying to throw together and just wanted to see if he liked the look.  And he specifically said, he didn't like the lighthouse with the trees, because they look like trees that are in their back yard.  He wanted to lighthouse on a cliff...well just like I explained above.  So obviously you would have to create the art work as well.
