No.  You can't simply take that jpg and vectorize it.  This would have to be a totaly redraw in order for it to match.  Another words you would have to take it into corel or another program and find out what the font is and retype the words.

Sorry.  Wish it was that easy but it isn't.

Yup, the angle doesn't help to get it right, need to take it flat at 90

The font used on the sign is "Bernard MT (Condensed?)".

The "Lawn Care" text I'm not sure about but possible that is just a modified version of the same font.
