I would import the picture to SignBlazer and use PolyLine. It would take about 3 minutes to do. Here is a video of how I did it.

Did it in Inkscape, open pic-path-trace bitmap. save as eps & import to sbe

On something this small there is less cleanup and you get a better image with Polyline. The video is how long it took me to do it start to finish.
