Weeing some vinyl easier than other?

Hi im new to the this worlld you know

Im having a question, is it normal that some vinyl is A LOT easier to weed that other?

Because i have 2 tipes of vinyl , wit one i have to be very carefull when  weeding, keeping things in place... but with the other one (LG series 70) its EASY, i can take all the vinyl almost without any effort, even very intrincate designs.

It seems the 2nd one is thinner than the other, should i adjust the blade dept/pressure with the "bad" vinyl to get the same results??

Since the other one seems thinner I would adjust the pressure down a bit. If you cut too deep it scores the paper and makes it harder to weed.

That's probably a good argument for buying the same brand vinyl all the time. Some vinyls are easier to weed and you won't have to keep adjusting your cutter pressure/depth all the time. I use Oracal 651 and it's great.
