big order but need image vectorized

i suck at vectorizing images ive watched vids and tried and tried still cant figure it out ive got a huge order for shirts i use heat transfer vinyl and this is the image they want on the shirt if anyone could tackle it i would be so greatful it dosent have to be really detailed and it dosent have to have words in the badge please help someone thanks in advance
