LukeBHC 0 Posted September 11, 2009 Hello, I have a MH721 that I havent used in a while (I moved). I set it up again last night and turned it on the welcome screen shows up, the reset light is on, but the cutter head slams into the right side and makes a god awful buzzing noise. The only way I can get it to stop is if I hold the reset and setup buttons down at the same time. Then the cutter head goes all the way to left and rollers spin forward for 5-10 sec. then every thing reverses cutter to right and rollers backwards. Keeps switching direction. I'm not even trying to send any thing to the cutter yet. Everything worked fine the last time I used it...any ideas? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

LukeBHC 0 Posted September 12, 2009 I checked and found the button was pushed in. Removed the side cover and found out it was broken. Must have happened when I moved.
