Master 300 Cutter - Friction Feed Roller won't pull vinyl, won't catch, grinding

I really need help with this... I have a Master 300 vinyl cutter and the friction feed roller quit pulling the vinyl through, will catch and roll only sometimes, even on start up. So I purchased a Rabbit cutter (quite cheaper) 4 months ago and now it's doing the same thing. I don't pull the vinyl through or misuse the cutters, however do use it almost daily. I have now purchased a cutter through USCutter, but I'd like to repair either of the other two I have for backup purposes. I live in the middle of Nebraska, so finding a cutter repair place close is impossible. Any ideas??
