have eps of logos and need to cut them

How do I take a file like this and make it so I can cut it? I haave tried manyt things and I keep ending up with garbage.

what program are you using? It should cut just fine.

I am using sign blazer to cut and have illy cs4.

I am getting half of it cut cuts of invisible layers it looks like and just a big mess.  Kind of like it need flattening?

The only unwanted lines i see are on the backside of the socks. Is that what you are referring to?

Here is an eps it still needs some work but should cut after a little clean up. Did not have my tablet so could not do a lot of touch up.
