Need Help Converting a Compressed AI File

I have a "compressed AI File"  and can't get it into Corel. The error I get is that it needs to be "re-saved without compression". The file is to big to post here, even zipped. Would someone who has Illustrator give me a hand here? I can email it if you send me a PM with your email address.
