Need help with pricing.

I have another quesiton regarding pricing.  My customer has just asked for me to print out on a 8.5 x 11 sheet of clear vinyl and laminate it of a painting she just did.  What would you charge.

Cost of vinyl 14.00 for 10 sheets.  15.00 for 20 sheets of clear laminate.

The other quesition I have is what would you charge to contour cut the design.  I haven't seen the painting yet but ball park pricing would do.
