Stick Figures Cutting too fast

I have been problems with cutting out the stick figures, the cutter moves too fast and pulls up the items I want to keep, like the eyes or mouths. I have it on the lowest speed but it still does it! HELP!!!

Have you verified that you are not getting multiple passes on the cut lines? Or if you are currently using a 45
