NatDragon 0 Posted May 10, 2009 I am attempting to cut a shiny heat vinyl and it seems to test feed fine but when I do a test cut the vinyl wants to pull or buckle, hence distortion. I have a new 60' blade and have adjusted it to where it makes a mark through to the mylar backing. I have slowed the cutter down to 100mm/s and 100 g. I'm not sure what adjustment I should be making to get the vinyl to lay flat while cutting. Help please? :'(
Guest kenya Posted May 10, 2009 I'm waiting for the answer myself, having never cut heat vinyl. I'm sure fivestar will tell us.
