Is a cutter and graphic printer the same machine?

Hi USCutter Community,

I'm trying to understand what the different options USCutter offers. If I want to make vinyl decals and also outdoor ink graphics of all sizes, do I have to buy two differnent systems or can one do these task?

Will the systems offered by USCutter make the Car Wraps, Graphic Tint, Graphic Banners, etc?

No they are not the same as far as the ones uscutter sell unless they have a product I am unaware of.

After doing some more research I see what the difference is. To do big print graphics you need a big printer that prints indoor/outdoor ink and the other (what USCutter is offering) is a cutter/plotter. I was getting confused on the (Contour) option when it mentioned the ability to cut around graphics.
