working with layers.

I've got a 3 color stencil I am working on. Blue is bottom, red is middle, and black is top. Now I need to size them all, so I figure it was better to size them all together. I import all 3 into one, and I'm trying to figure out how to align the 3 before I go about sizing them. In Photoshop I can change the opacity of the layers to be able to see each when I move one. Can I do the same thing in SBE, or do I just have to make guide lines, and move each to the guidelines, and hope they line up since I can only see whatever layer is on top/up front.

I would like to be able to see all colors at the same time.
