Where can I find memory chips for aa MH-1351 ?

Ok, I'm guessing I need to upgrade my memory on the cutter because it stops on large projects. It won't even cut tiles. I've looked all over and I can't find memory for these cutters anywhere. Do the take standard memory, labtop memory or what ?
