Laceylp 1 Posted April 1, 2009 Can you cut magnet sheets with these machines? I see I can order 24" sheets of magnet but what do I cut it with? I want some cool shaped magnets for a show and would like to cut them on it...but don't want to wreck my machine. Thanks, Lacey
mb20music 760 Posted March 14, 2010 yes you just have to have your blade sticking out a little farther and increase the pressure, it won't cut all the way thru the magnetic material it will basically score it then you can bend the material where the cuts are and pull it apart. jhelms 5 Posted March 14, 2010 I do it a lot very intricate cuts as well I rum my pcut 91 regular I adjust to 105 to cut magnets ( DO NOT USE IT ON ROLL CUT OFF 1ST) but I put in old blades to do this it will ruin a new blade good luck jhelms
Guest kenya Posted March 14, 2010 Personally, I would not cut magnets with any of my cutters. I just think that passing magnets through electronics is not a good idea.
