New Problem......

My cutter works fine on small jobs. But I sent a bigger job today (84" x 14"), I am using 15 gloss white cast vinyl. I am cutting from corel draw 13, I have two lines of text that I have copied on top of each other. The machine cut the top of the first repeat then cut a line all the way down the material lenth, and when it wanted to return it did so in a really slow manner then it went to normal speed. At that time it proceeded to cut the second line. Any thoughts?
