pandc 0 Posted March 27, 2009 I am thinking of getting a cutter for just tee shirts. I already have a press. Could someone tell me what I should get? Thanks
firemalt 10 Posted March 27, 2009 What are you looking to do with it? just cut vinyl? contour cut?
pandc 0 Posted March 27, 2009 Just cut for tee shirts. Not a whole bunch, but I am lost. Any suggestions. Thanks Peggy
firemalt 10 Posted March 27, 2009 The 24" refine would probably suit your needs just fine... I would also recommended whatever you decide to get, purchase a stand with the machine.

pandc 0 Posted March 27, 2009 Another question. Someone cut some vinyl for me & sent it to me to press. I weeded it, now when I press do I press the clear plastic on also. Is it like a carrier sheet like on heat transfers? Thanks Peggy
Cre8tiveCutter 7 Posted March 27, 2009 Hi Peggy, Make sure the carrier sheet, plastic backing is on top. You will place the design face down on the shirt. After you press you have to remove the plastic sheet. What is the type of vinyl you are pressing? different types have different heat settings as well as amount of time you need to press it. Guest fivestar Posted March 27, 2009 Lord I hope for your sake it's not Spectra Cut II. That's their specs, but so isn't Siser's Easyweed and Ecofilm. Is the plastic backing real clear or a little frosted?
