n7kon 1 Posted March 4, 2009 I had a customer ask if I could make a wind blade. His description was a fiberglass poll that had a curve to it with a banner attached from top and bottom. It is supose to turn in the wind I guess. Any one ever herd of these and if so is there a better name for them and a suppler name. I have googled them and not found anything like the description.
