treycox55 0 Posted February 19, 2009 What's up everybody... I'm thinking of getting the 24" Laserpoint cutter, but I just have one question. It says in the description that the max feed width is 28"... does that mean I'm not going to be able to cut an 18" x 34" number for my racecar? or does that just mean the max feed width without the stand? I thought that as long as you have rollers you can cut as long a line as you want as long as it is no more than 24" wide? Or am I totally wrong on this? Thanks! Can-Am 1 Posted February 19, 2009 You are limited to approx 24" cutting width, your length is basicly unlimited. To answer your question you will have room to spare cutting a 18" x 34" number Go for it We have an lp24 that works great for all of our numbers and graphics Dave
treycox55 0 Posted February 19, 2009 Ah okay. I gotcha. That's exactly what I needed to hear. Thanks for the help. BTW, I ordered the LP24 last night. It has some rave reviews, so I figured I'd get it and try it out. Is the SignBlazer software that comes with it able to put outlines around numbers? I know I've used FlexiSign 8.1 and it does but I wasn't sure if SignBlazer does it as well. The numbers are probably going to have 3 outlines, so that will be 4 layers total. Thanks again.
