What software is best to use?

New to the business and i was wondering if illustrator and free trial of SBE that comes with the machines would be a good setup to get up and running, or if i need to buy flexi or some other software?

Let me know what everyone thinks. Thanks

your own copy of illy and the sbe demo version will get you by, give you time to learn, and grow a bit... i can't speak for flexi starter, but if it's a quarter of what flexi pro is like, then it's worth the $$$!

If you are going to be getting illy I recommend ordering SignCut X2 with your machine, I believe it is a $30 upgrade. SCX2 is designed to work in unison with Illy and Corel Draw. It comes with a plug-in that gives you a button in Illy or CDR that says "Send to SignCut X2" which is great because that eliminates the need to export/import files.
