importing

Recommended Posts

I have a problem importing a eps file from corel draw.  I received a pdf file from a customer. Imported it into corel and then exported as a eps file.  Tried to open it in Sign blazer but the file becomes all distored in signblazer.  Any ideas on how to get it to work.  I even tried copy and pasted into signblazer and it still doesn't come out right.

HELP!

Thanks

Geo

Bear in mind that I dont mess with PDFs much at all....Im just telln you what I would try. So take it with a grain of salt ;D

But, when you get it open in corel..if you want all of it...just select it all and click edit/copy then file/new (will open an blank image) then edit/paste it should paste the contents of the PDF into the new blank CDR file.

Of course if you only want parts of the PDF...youll probably have to select it and ungroup it first....then select the parts you want...and use the same method as above with only the parts that you want to use selected. Then save that as an EPS.

I use illustrator but those menu items should be the same, they are pretty general. I do not have SBE either, so again, I may not be helping at all lol.
