2GuysSign 4 Posted January 25, 2009 I am looking into a used 55gal starter fish tank... I want this to be the start of my fish experiences... I have been looking up some of the fish i want in the tank, two of which are a Clown Knife and a Silver Arowana... These two fish are what i've always wanted. I know im gonna need a 10gal feeder fish tank, which i have. I know the Arowana can grow to 22" and i've seen a Big clown knife. Here are some videos of the large Arowana and Clown Knife! 22" Silver Arowana Feeding http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=5gQiRdh9Sac&feature=PlayList&p=22BEDCE778352A00&playnext=1&index=2 Silver Arowana http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=x5da2OySfew Clown Knife Feeding on Gold Fish http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=hSdTxdruWtU Clown Knife as big as a CAT! http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=u1wE93cA8uA There was a vid of a Silver Arowana Feeding on a baby duckling, but that was a little to much for me... Fbomb 0 Posted January 29, 2009 55g might be too small for one of those bad boys... I had a Red Tiger Oscar like the one in the first vid, he would jump out of the water for food! Nasty little F'er!!! He recently died of HIH. :'(
cohesion 0 Posted January 29, 2009 Well you can make up some kind of background for your tank... I"m sure you could do something cool on the outside.
