a little question redarding multiple layer vinyl cut stickers

hi guys how are we today?

just a little question as i have been doing some plotting lately and starting to move into the next level

I have designed a sticker in the software which uses a few different colours here and there, so i will be using a few (about 4) different color vinyls..

My question is how is this process done when it comes down to applicating and preparing to stick onto surface of object?

As i am looking at selling these stickers i am cutting so i am going to need to applicate them as a whole one sticker, instead of selling the colors in peices if you get me? So i require this sticker applicated all in 1.

I am going to require a empty backing paper to put the cut vinyl onto and layer them, but how do you get the vinyl to stick onto the backing paper and remove off the app taping?

How is this process done, is there even such thing as empty baking paper for this process?

Would like to know!!
