Cant seem to victorize it right - help

You should be able to clean that up. What software are you using? You can also download a font that writes just like that. All you would have to do is add the arrow and nautical stars.

well i made that using photoshop, i have adobe illustrater and dont know that program very well

Come on, you cant clean it up?  Your sign program should have a tool to clean-up images, i know flexiSIGN does. If the reason is you dont want to finish it and clean-it-up, just download one of the Graffiti fonts off of 1001freefonts.com...

PRO's should be very easy to clean up and you made that with photoshop but you couldn't tell us what font you used so someone could of recreated it with the exact font instead of trying to trace it?
