CE5000-40 Registration missalignment of printed image and cutter in GraphTec Cutting Plotter Support Requests Posted August 27, 2010 Recently purchased a CE5000-40 cutter to cut labels of various sizes and shapes. After trying to cut a printed image using Illustrator CS4 and Cutting Master 2 without good results. The image is centered on a 8.5 X 11 sheet with cut line (ellipse) and register marks printed from Illustrator. The sheet is loaded onto a carrier and aligned with the bottom right corner. I send the data file using Illustrator and Cutting Master 2, Cut/Plot. The cutter reads the register marks and cuts y=1.9" and X1.4" from image. I tried to offset but keeps on moving away from image on subsequent cuts on same image. Any help is appreciated.
