The connection on vinyl cutter is the same but bigger

The cord that came with cutter is not basic USB. It is one with prongs that have a tightening screw on each side. I am thinking I might have to call the company and get a new cord.

I just bought a Creation Cutting Plotter PCUT CT Series from an individual.  I am using a Gateway all in one computer and I do not have a place for my cable to plug into my computer.  What do I do?  Is there a way to get some type of wireless connection?  Help Anyone?
