I did this one about 15 years ago when I had access to photoshop,but can't remember how I did it. lol

What's the best way to get decent results when converting a picture such as this to a vector for a decal? Just the vehicle only not the background. I have inkscape and cut with scal. I know it won't be super detailed and that's ok. I'd just like it to look better than the 2nd pic.

Still couldn't get that to work. The option was grayed out. I finally ended up remaking the file from scratch and it finally worked. Thanks for the help.

This graphic is silver with a red outline. How do I make it so the machine only cuts out the red that's the actual drop shadow and not what's under the silver?

Can someone with a better img editing program duplicate this? I just need the eksessiv lettering the lettering curved like in this pic.

The font is ironwood.

This is driving me nuts. I know it's simple as can be in photoshop,but i don't have access to the program anymore. I can't find any free programs that'll do it.
