It is really strange to be doing this over and over

I have the US Cutter Laser II and getting some weird cuts happening. I am working on cutting a 6x12 inch image with text. I set up my SCAL 3 program for 6x24 so I can cut two of the same exact decals side by side. When I cut them one of the words on the end cut perfect but the second image it cut "as you can see in the photos" overlapped some of the text. I am setting the cutter up as origin point when cutting from the SCAL 3 program... Any ideas? Its driving me crazy!

So the odd cuts continue and I really need some guidance here. I attached my outlines of what it looks like in SCAL 3 and what the cut looks like after. I read and have all the info on aligning the paper correctly and there is not a tracking issue. I run the paper almost 35 inches back and forth before even doing a cut to make sure the paper is tracking correctly.

Is it possible my pressure is too high while cutting and pulling the paper? I am at speed 200 and pressure 105.

I think I realized some issues. I am having issues with how the paper is rolling. I added two photos of how the paper ends up getting off jointed towards the end of a longer cut... I also included the actual cut how the outlines appear through the SCAL 3 program.

Thanks. I will give that a try. It was just so odd because I was cutting perfectly the last few weeks and now the last 3 jobs are just screwed up.

Is it possible the odd cuts would be coming from the paper shifting? I was doing a 36x24inch cut after this smaller text and it was being very strange on the alignment. but the end of it the paper was off 6 inches from where it started and was cutting through all my other designs from the paper being off alignment. Is it possible my blade is sticking out to much and causing too much pressure? Could one of my motors pushing my paper be slower than the others?

The odd part is I copied the first image and pasted it again side by side and only 1 image did it.

So I have been hand cutting my vinyl for random things around the house to make decals on the wall just for fun. I am curious for the price to get the 28-inch US Cutter to explore more into this. I really am only going to be cutting shapes and text for walls. Is this the cutter for me? I run two Mac (both on Yosemite 10.10) I run Adobe Illustrator on all my machines.

I did a first big cut last night using the US Cutter Laser II. I cut on the Greenstar IPV GS045 24" wide vinyl. I was using the 45 degree blade at 112 pressure and was having some issues removing the excess vinyl from around my design. It took me probably 2 1/2 hours to remove the vinyl from around the design I cut out. Should I have cut twice with the machine and it would have been smooth as butter removing? Noob question and trying to figure out what is the right way to do these. Thanks everyone. Pics attached of the design.

It was all cut pretty smooth but when peeling I had to use this little wooden tool and hold every single piece down. Nothing just peeled off.

I ended up getting the US Cutter Laser II. Have been doing a lot of messing around. works perfect with my Mac and Illustrator. Love it so far!

For what I am looking to do would it be beneficial to move up to a model like the Titan?

Perfect. I was reading reviews on it and people with Mac said they were using that with no issues. Thanks for the heads up.
