I see the button on my cutter, do that every time?

So I set that to 0?

I just hooked up my cutter, got it yesterday to replace my 10 year old MH721, and it cuts grate on half the design, barely scratches the surface on the other half of the design. I've played with the blade length, the depth, the design, the blade offset.....any other ideas? I'm desperate!
