Hey guys, I have this decal I need to print up. I have the vectorized form that I was able to find, but I need to have it so that I can print it in one color and do that it doesn't cut into certain pieces. Yes but just where the ribbon goes across the G, I need it so that way the G doesn't get cut out thru the ribbon? Make sense?

I went away for a weekend, come back and now i drag my file into signcut click on the cutout as I would always do, and NOTHING! The cutter doesnt' move. How can I test that it's getting signal, the signcut software just starts to freeze directly after. Thanks I have now tried two computers with the usb cord, one with the parallel cord, and signcut will keep freezing once I go to send it to the printer. What could be happening?! Please help, I have a bunch of orders now, and as of right now, no way to print them. Thanks

Alright guys so i'm looking to do a skin for the regular size ipod and the ipod nano version. Looking to get a vector image that is more of a template to just add the graphics or logos onto the skins, front and back so that the sizing is all set and it will cut out perfect to fit. Is the blade portion suppose to go in the front slot or the rear slot, and is it suppose to sit on top of these slots which allow it to be pushed up when the arm pushes down, I can't seem to get it to cut easily, and when it does cut it's not cutting deep enough allowing for me to peel the exterior off with teh main decal staying on. Please help! Thanks

Kenimes I just sent you an email. I can't find this bolt, is there any way to pick something up from home depot in replacement? If anyone has a picture of how the setup is suppose to look it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance -Rich

Also if you can see, there are the "bee-hive" style marks left on the vinyl, does that go away or is there something to adjust it to not do that? But definitely want to figure out what piece i need to tighten the blade so that I can actually do what I need it to do. Thanks in advance

Is it a nut that i'm missing that goes on the gold spindle maybe? It didn't come with it. Also what is the ground wire that was included with this for? Thanks

I have no bolt or anything that appears to allow the arm to be tightened, can you take a picture to show me what piece it appears I am missing? I'll post a few more pictures on how my arm is. Thanks

What is the approx force you guys must have it on in order to cut vinyl? thanks

It is up to 200grams, i went from 100, and went all thew ay up to 200 and still the same result, it won't cut thru enough that it goes thru the vinyl, and the speed is on 12, and I keep getting the roller marks on teh vinyl as well? Thanks
