    My estimated delivery date from Fedex changed to Monday Nov 2. It was scheduled for today the 30th.

    At least I got a tracking number today for my vinyl order now, thanks Levi!

    So hopefully my cutter and my vinyl order will BOTH be here monday. Will keep you posted.

    It looks like 8-9 days is the average shipping time from USC.

    My Fed Ex tracking number says my cutter should be delivered Oct 30, tomorrow.  I'll let ya know if I get it.

    I also ordered vinyl the same time and haven't even got a tracking number or email confirmation. I guess its coming?!? Paypal says that payment was made. Also after several attempts to put in a ticket through their help support system,  they haven't returned my emails. I don't have time to call during the day. I just want to know if it is on the way. :-

    LOL, well at least you get it eventually, right??

    My Cutter, off Ebay, is supposed to arrive 10/30 . I ordered some vinyl, off the web site, the same day. I'd hate to sit around with a cutter ready to go with no vinyl to cut!!! ;D  No local place even close around here to even purchase vinyl.

    Hey John! Your not too far away from me here; well 8 hours away! 

    Do they have a warehouse in Illinois? It shouldn't take long if they do. I thought it all shipped from Washington? 

    Anyways thanks for the reply and I have a feeling I am going to have a relationship with you all here for a while!! 

    If if wasn't for all the support here, I would never have bought one of these cutters.

    Just got this email today. Does this mean they shipped this today? There isn't a ship date listed, but a 1 next to Shipped?  Also didn't get a tracking number through Ebay. Do they send a tracking number or do you just wait until it shows up?  I feel better when I know it is on a truck headed this way!!

    Thanks. My first post and I knew it would be a silly one. I'm sure I will be posting more when I get one.

    I've been lurking for a while here and trying to soak up all the good information.  I'm finally gonna get a cutter this week. Goin for the Refine 24-25". I don't need nothing fancy and too big and it seems from reading posts this would be a good one to get for a starter one.  I'm gonna cut regular vinyl of course and mainly cut sandblast mask for cedar signmaking. I don't see a lot of posts on cutting sandblast mask but from what i read is that it should cut it fine?  I know getting a 60 blade is crucial for that and just setting everything up correctly. Anyone cutting mask on a refine? How does it do?

    They are getting pretty cheap on Ebay lately? Is the quality still good on these machines?? Anyone bought one on Ebay lately?

    Hello all. New here. Forgive my stupidity.

    I am getting ready to buy a Refine. I'm debating whether to get one off Ebay or their website. I have a question. On the website it says that the 24-25" Refine comes with a FREE floor stand. When you select it at the top though  it says 25'' With Stand [+$100.00]. Does that mean its adding $100 extra for the stand or is that $100 for the shipping? I'm so confused......
