I have a local lady that is an "independent consultant" for Scentsy Candles (kinda like Avon) and she wants the logo for the back window of her car. Any copyright issues doing this? Thanks in advance

A friend of mine is a mayor of a small town and wants me to do the city stickers in vinyl. I wanted to stay simple as possible to make sure he was happy and I made a little money but he shot down the attached design because the entire name ( BELL CITY) has to be on decal. Here is a rough first draft that will not work. Anybody got any ideas? Thought about having the text ( BELL CITY) shape the bell but my skill level isnt quite that great, YET. If anybody can help I would gladly compensate you. I know i wont make any money on this but hoping to get any new police/city cars and fire equipment later. Thanks bell city.svg bell city.svg

Got a local business owner that is wanting me to make some brand name images for him to resell. I told him I couldn't because of copyright laws but he said he is an authorized dealer and even has the digital artwork sent to him by the manufacturer. He stated that he could contract me to make the images and he could legally resell them. What are the legalities of this? I really want the business but dont want to run afoul of any copyright laws. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Scanned the attached image off of a magnet for a buddy and I am getting some really nasty results when trying to cut. I want to get rid of the "extra" outline and the magnet had a few cracks that it is trying to cut. Around the dogs collar I am getting some "pinhole" cuts. Can anyone help me clean this up?
