    Google Adwords

    Google Adwords is a complete waste of money. You pay money every time someone clicks your ad. Whether they buy anything or not. If I was you I would check into something like Pepper Jam Network. They are a affiliate marketing company you only pay the commission on a sale. Kind of like an internet salesperson. I have used them several times and had way better ROI with this type of marketing than Google Adwords. Just my 2 cents worth.

    Received my 3rd cutter and still problems

    Let me know what you find out from Levi. I too have had two motherboards and Levi is claiming a need a third. It is not User Error, grounding or anything my part. The MH series has major issues. Their lack of concern really crawls under your skin, bottom line you pay for something you expect it to work. Even if it is the least expensive item on the market. If you can not not stand behind your product 100% you should not sell it. I will never buy anything from US Cutter again. Screw me once and I am done. I will not give you a second chance. I just added to this instead of a new post. I thought ok, maybe it is my computer or software. I test the unit with Sign Blazer, Sign Cut, Flexi-8 and CoCut and had the same results of Jagged lines and freezing in the middle of a cut. I even installed on a computer running XP (I am running Vista) and still no luck. I realize that you have a different size unit but we still have the same issues, mine seem to be worse. I am like you, I have read through everything I can find in this post and others and can not get this cutter to work properly. My conversations is resulted in nothing but wanting to charge me more more for shipping and deposits for the same item that was just replaced. I am like the man that started all this, I do not feel I should have to incur any more charges for something I paid for already. I did not go on Ebay and pay for a refurbished machine, I bought a machine direct that was new and should work like I new one. Unlike the others in this thread I am loosing my patients very quickly. Levi made the comment about sending out parts and units with out a deposit. How about the $369.00 I paid for the unit, is that not a deposit. You have my money and I have a unit that does not work. Who is getting the raw deal here? I would most definitely say it is not US Cutter.

  5. I have the MH-721 and that is what mine did right be it completely went nuts. I was told by Levi at USC it was the motherboard. I replace the motherboard ($80 deposit I have not got back yet, and $40 NDA shipping) Still having the same problem, including stop cutting in the middle of a cut, strange cuts, and several other problems. I have only had mine since Aug. of this year. :-

  10. Let me know if the MB works for you. I replaced mine and it still does not work. Also, I have not got my $80 back yet that I had to pay on the MB as a deposit.
  11. I may be easier if they just send you three cutters at time of purchase. Make their sales like a batter at baseball. If all three are crap you get you money back. I just wasted another $40 in material today. This POS has cost more than $1000 in lost business. They won't replace it with a new unit as that is what I paid for, not a refurbished unit going on its third mother board and a trip back to the shop in less than 2 months. I know this is next to the bottom as you can get in cutters but please it should work for at least a year. At this point I would be happy to break even with all I have lost due to this unit. I guess it is partly my fault for not reading all the bad review and complaint I have now found for US Cutter I would really like to hear from someone that is an owner or manger at US Cutter. Stand up and be a reputable business owner and replace my unit with a new one like I paid for!!!
  12. I am having the same issue with the MH-721 (a.k.a. Major Headache-721) It will not cut straight diagonal lines, stops in the middle of a cut, slams against the opposite end, LCD will get all scrambled, and to many other issues to list. Different light come on, blink erratically, it is insane. I have been dealing with Levi on this issue since August 2009 when I got it. I finally was told by Levi that it was a motherboard issue. So I had to pay the $80 (which I have not got back yet) core charge on the motherboard, then paid $40 in next day air charges to get the new one. Put it in, well what do you know, same issues and got worse. I have had a certified electrician check my power outlet and I have always had a good surge protector on the cutter. One plug is the cutter and the other is my computer. No after he all but swore that the mother board was the issue say I will have to send in the whole cutter and incur shipping charges to get it back to them. I have to say I bought a NEW UNIT, if it does not work they should replace it with a NEW UNIT. I did not pay for unit that would need repair in less than 2 months. I understand this is a cheap unit but I would have expected it to have worked at least a year. I have been all over the internet and have seen 100's of post about this unit not working in the same way for people. US CUTTER should step up and replace my unit with a new one like I paid for. I have tried using Sign Blazer, Sign Cut, CoCut, and even Flexi-8 from 3 different computers and all produced the same result. So definitely not a computer issue.
  13. Ok here is the update from Levi. (10/30/2009 @ 7:55pm est) They want me to pay for shipping of the whole unit back to them and be with out my cutter for over a week for them to try an repair the unit. I have already spent $40 on next day air charges to get the first mother board. Then I had to spend $10 on shipping to get the old one back to them. Plus the $80 deposit I have not go back yet. Cutter still does not work after 3 months and $100's of material wasted, pissed of customers watching me flip out will the cutter not working. A complete and total waste of time, money, and patients. They say one year warranty, but trust me that will suck you dry in the process. With the combination of the lost jobs, wasted material, lost customers, shipping charges, time wasted. I have could have bought a Roland or other cutter and not had the issues. You get what you pay for, never again will I buy a no named brand item, lesson learned the hard way and expensive way. I have read where many of you have had good luck with these cutter and I am glad you have not had to go through what I have been in the past three months. I really think US CUTTER should suck it up and send me a new cutter, not a repaired one. I did not pay for a repaired cutter, I paid for a NEW one. I am sue this post will get deleted but hopefully someone will see it and not have to go though what I have been though.
  14. I have had the MH-721 since August of 2009. I have had nothing but problem after problem with this thing. It will not finish a cut. I have used Signblazer, Flexi-8, Signcut, and CoCut. I have even Used the USB and the Serial Port. Still Nothing. I have even went through the process of having the motherboard replaced and still does not work. Still have not got my refund for that item yet. Yes just so everyone knows if they have to send you a part you pay for it in full then they give you a refund, so they say. I was trying to make a simple cut today and the first time it would not cut at all. The second time the set up light just blinked really fast. The third time it cut about 10 inches the reset light, Offline light, and setup light came on and nothing. I have wasted over 40 feet of material today alone. It would be my best suggestion that you do not waste your time or money with US Cutter. Save your money buy a Roland or something else from another company, not US Cutter..
