ok I can 8.5 x 11 fine.. but I need to do larger sizes.. and for the life of me i cannot figure it out.. I print my file in signblazer.. I set up my size as 22x17 setup printer 22x17 and print.. now when i go to print cut it default my size to 8.5 x 11.. In set up on that screen it says vinyl size is 22 x17 but screen still show 8.5 11... I would love to know if it is even possible to print cut a bigger size.. i surely hope so it is the only reason i bought this cutter. Thanks, Lisa

I deleted the image when trying to cut in print cut only the outline of the vector is there.. I double checked that it was a vector by hitting edit node and all the little points came up.. so the only thing i have up when i try to cut is just the vector outline.

when i switch to cut a print the object selected is the size but grayed out but workspace is still 8.5 by 11. man I was hoping that was the fix.

OK,, I saw that my winpcsign pro 2007 had an update.. and I so I will update.. I accidentally hit the wrong version.. there was a xp version and an xp/vista version.. I have vista.. i loaded the xp version first and it did not work... I went back and saw that was the xp/vista version ..loaded that and I now the program loads but an error comes up in box the error says www.signmax.us.. and when you click ok the program closes.. I have tried to get it fixed through signmax with absolutely no help.. he suggested i uninstall everything and load with original disk which I did and still does not work.. I contacted him again and now he says when he loads update it works with no other suggestions.. there must be something my computer is seeing from the first download and uninstall is not getting it.. I have uninstalled several times and used the clean register thing from winpc.. any suggestions?

I finally got it working.. I seached winpc and checked hidden files found 2 hidden files deleted them and reinstalled and it works now.. So if anyone else has this problem let me know I will help walk you through it....
