Well when we bough the US Mh721 cutter, the signblazer soft ware came with it. So that's where we used it.
But ill uninstall this & try ebay

Should we go do a serial port at like radio shack or somethign?
or just buy a new usb cord.

In the signblazer program, why is the usb serial port not there anymore..
Under set ups, in the program, there is no usb port other than summa.
Why?

In signblazers program, we use to have usb serial port.
Now that is no longer there. All we have is a summa usb port.
the computer guy said this is the problem.
Why isn't usb serial port in the program?
We re-installed disc, still isn't there..

That doesn't help me any. Beccause we lost our USB port thing and it doesn't show up on the computer at all anywhere.
we just recently turned our lab top in and got a
Window's VISTA home, hp pavlion (special edition) desk top. We figured that it was the computer it self. but this doesn't show up a usb port either. We have 2 usb ports. but i will try and go buy a new one to see if that's the prob.

How do i re-install usb port, there is none showing up on my computer what so ever.
It may be the cord not showin up, but under the device manager, nothin shows up
for the USB port. Ihave no idea what to do.. I run a racing sticker business and this
has to be fixed to make stickers.
Any on have any idea?

I have a Desk Top, & a MH721 US Cutter.
When I cut something it won't let me cut. I have a usb port which is plugged it but it says when i go
to cut can not open out put device. Can anyone tell me what to ddo..

We just got a usb to a serial port cord, and we installed it and everythign.
We think the mh721 cutter is messed up. it was working fine with the usb cord then just went out.
