I sent sign.com an email to ask them if I would be able to sell these logo's if I bought them from them, and they never even responded to my email!

Hello, I just ran across a website that is selling logo files, so I was wondering, if we buy them from there, does that make it legal to then use them and sell them? Anyone know? The website is Sign.com. Thanks!!

I tried cutting out a sample part and it does actually cut on the line.

What should the heat be set too? The place where I get my vinyl said I needed to turn the heat way up because this type of machine uses a lot of ink. I was having the edges curl when the printed part goes to the edge of a sticker so they said that would help but I'm not sure that it's helped. So what do you recommend setting the heater at? Thanks

Hello, does anyone know anything about Flexi Sign Pro version 8.1? Is it a full version that does everything like ripping, cutting, etc? I am trying to figure out what kind of software to get with my Roland Soljet SC500. I guess Flexi Sign Pro 8.5 would work, but I am wondering if 8.1 works just as good? Thanks! Deanna

I made the size to .1 inch and it's still like 584kb so it still won't load. I don't know how to make it any smaller than that. Is there another way besides just resizing it? I appreciate your help!

Well, I got it to export as an eps but now it says it's too large to attach. How do I make it smaller? Thanks

Hi, I have a Roland SC500 and I printed something, then moved the start point over to print something else and then it had a motor error and said I needed to turn off the power. So I turned off the power and then when I turned it back on, it started feeding the vinyl forward and wouldn't stop. I tried pressing the pause button but it seemed to be stuck and just kept rolling the vinyl forward so I had to just unplug it before it unrolled the whole role. Now it won't turn back on. Any ideas on what to do now? Any help would be appreciated. I need to get it back on right away. Thanks!!

We did just that - competely disconnected and let it sit - then plugged it back in and it turned on and is working fine now. Must have reset itself? I did a quick cleaning on it, and did some test printing and it all looks good now. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the input. I sent sign.com an email to see what they say. If buying those logos doesn't make it legal, it's not nice that they are selling them like that when you can get them for free other places.

No power at all. It has had a motor error a couple times before and was fine once I turned it off and back on. The instruction manual says this error is caused by a paper jam, but there was not jam that I could see. I will look for a reset button. I hope the motor didn't quit.

In case anyone else wants to know the answer, I checked with the place where we buy vinyl/ transfer tape supplies, and they said the manufacturer recommends waiting 24 hours before applying transfer tape. But if a heater was used to dry it really good and possibly a box fan blowing on the item while printing, they said you could probably do it after 6 hours.

Hi, anyone know how quickly transfer tape can be applied to something I print? I am using a Roland SC500 with Eco-Sol Max ink and I have the heater set to 50 C. The heater is an aftermarket heater if that makes a difference. Thanks!

Hi, just wondering if it's possible to color match on Flexi 8.1? I have one item that I print from a download and I am trying to make another item that has the same color as one of the colors on the downloaded item. I saw that I can double click on a color and change it around a bit, but I can't seem to get it close enough. Also, then if I create a new color, how do I save it so I can use it again without replacing the color I double clicked on? Thanks!
