  1. Aloha to all of you!

You figured it out, I live in Hawaii...islands in the Pacific.

Am from the island of Oahu, where Honolulu is at.

I do a lot of airbrush work and just got my plotter to help me do

    my work better and more.

I will be needing help from all of you from time to time, and dthis seems

like a nice forum where everyone seems to be friendly and helpful. That's

    nice.

Nice meeting you all....drop me a line to say hello is cool!

  2. Hi all...I am new to this forum, just got my Pcut plotter.  I do some airbrush work

and will be  using it mainly to creat stencils, patterns, and some masks etc.

    ........

Maybe I can offer some assistance here.

I used to hand cut my stuff before(hence the plotter), so I did a lot of weeding before

    as well.

You could use very little baby powder or the chalk line that carpenters use. Rub very

little on over the pattern before weeding...blow and dust off the excess. and wipe clean.

now you can see the lines.

    hope this helps.

It would be nice to think that I have something to offer so soon...hehe.

I know I'll be using all of you for assistance as well, in the plotter world.

    Aloha from Hawaii too

  3. Hi all...I just recently won a USCutter Pcut 24" plotter on eBay. And your forum here is what made me come over.

Here's the thing..I'm an airbrush artist using a MAC computer....and will use my vinyl cuttings mainly

for stencil work or paint masking...though it excites me to know that I have the capability of making signs

    as well. grin!

If anyone can offer me any kind of hints .... good words...or ideas, please don't hesitate to give them to me...

I sure would appreciate any help I can get. Plotting is totally new for me.

I will also be using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to help me with my work.

    Again...Hello! and thanks!
