Same widths, yes. Same exact file.

I know it doesnt. But I swear...cuts fine on everything else other than my thermoflex. Its just so odd. And ive cut on this same roll many times. So i think...ok its the art work. But than why does it cut fine every time on regular vinyl. I dont know....strange

I will try yours. Really appreciate everyone helping me on this. I like to find solutions to my own problems but this one has me stuck. What did you do to the file?
-
Have tried both usb and serial.[pre][/pre]

But that wouldn't make since either. Ive cut this image before...numerous times. Nothing has changed (that I know of). Just seems like an issue with the heat material im using. Very odd. Looks like im going to have to give $200 back. Already a week late
-
No, could that be an issue?
-
Totally lost on what to do on this. Really crappy...
-
Ive got in grounded the best way possible.

Im having the same exact problem. Did the serial cable fix the issue? Getting rid of USB

Just seem to be having bad luck lately with US Cutter and Signblazer. Now, it will start cutting and than it will just stop. Cutter has no error on it and signblazer freezes. Im not cutting anything big...simple stuff. Been running with out one issue for over a year now and now...Issue after issue. Laptop I use its spotless. Any suggestions?
-
Im just going to go that route...see what happens.

USB. Serial isn't an option on the laptop i use. Unless i use a USB to serial converter. If I switch it to another computer do I need any drivers to connect threw serial?
-
I use a card board box. Just keep re-using it.

Less pressure the better. I tend to go threw blades faster if im higher than 90 on..say your oracal 651 or your cheaper no brand vinyl.

Everyone thinks they can design....
Aaron636r posted a topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
I hire a guy to create a postcards size flyer for my vinyl business. I could have come up with something decent but I figured this is one thing I want to look great. Plan on printing and mailing about 5000 of them. So, I hire this guy who sounds like he knows what hes doing. He send me back the first example and I about died. He grabbed a cheesy back ground image and copied word for word my info I wanted in the flyer (even my spelling error). I wasn't paying the guy a fortune...but I was paying him a decent amount. Seems there are too many "designers" out there... Sorry, had to rant and rave for a minute. -

Vendor Booth: Should I bother?
Aaron636r replied to NukleoN's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
I will be doing my 14th show in 2 weeks and im still learning from them. Every show is unique in what sales and what doesnt. But the business I have gained from some one who took my business card always out weights what i make it at the show. Free advertising is my idea... -

Etching gun ? Paasche VS. Harbor Freight
Aaron636r replied to jchatman's topic in General discussion
I picked up one of the cheapy Harbor Freight guns with some glass media. I cant seem to get it to etch anything. Throws a few knicks on the glass but thats about it.
