Submit a ticket to Signcut.
Or uninstall and install again to see if this cures the problem.

You cant directly cut from any corel draw version or adobe illustrator.
You always need a plug in like signcut or liek you do now use other cutting program to cut your files.
That is life.

Are there any bitmaps in the file?
If so remove them and try again.

yes you need internet connection except for the dongle version.

Place a picture of the connectors ON the plotter not the pc.

In your design program choose wire frame to see if the inside is a real vector.

What is your original problem to switch between pc's.
Is the lock up and not opening a second problem?

Read the new bie manual and check the baudrate and set both PC and cutter to 9600 bps.
If that deos not work your in trouble.

LPT1 and LPT 2 are parallel ports
Comm 1 and Comm 2 are serial ports
USB is USB port.
Read the newbie manual and you know it all.

Try the new bie manual in the instructional section.
Baudrate setting PC and cutter to be checked!

Take the outside round and then the next to it.
Combine them (Alt+S then Alt+C) and give them a color.
Perform this for all three open circles to be made.
Then select all circles and choose weld (Alt+S then Alt+R then Alt+L).
I run a dutch version of X4 so do not know the english steps in words.
Worked attached.
Try again yourselve to see what I mean.

This is the screenshot Skeeter mentioned.
Try to learn the program as you do with all programs and start with some small!
try to switch it off an on.
The value makes the cutter complete cuts all in one section before it goes to the next section.
This prevent vinyl out of tracking for machines with known less tracking capabilities.
