    Signcut read this before you buy

    I bought sign cut a couple months back and wish now I looked else where. I had nothing but problems with signcut from the beggining although they allways seemed to start after a week or so. Upon asking for help from the support group they at first helped me. then I developed more problems so I thought it was my xp pro so I did a clean install only to find problems again after a week. So back to support I would go now it seems they don't want to help and instead they start asking me redundant questions over and over the same two different techs when you answer one the other rights back only to ask the same question then you answer him and the other asks you the same question etc etc etc. They are playing games there. So I submitted a new ticket with all the info they asked prior I get an email asking for the same computer info again. it has been going on for a half week now with no help. I got mad at them the morning and wrote an email giving them the riot act. not that it will help but I told them it don't matter any more if they do help because I don't use signcut because of all the problems with it I think I might go to the source of my payment and get my money back. They are a joke. I wish I bought something else.

    Roger you are right I give that to you hands down. Because I knew nothing is why I contacted them. I needed help to get my work done. However day after day all they would says is send us the info we requested. I kept sending the same info they asked for. If it was not correct then I needed help they are the experts NOT ME. What they asked for they got if they needed more they needed to ask for it. I have washed my hands with the tech support at signcut because they where not willing to say hey the info you sent is not what we wanted or we need more info. They kept saying you would have to send the info we requested after I sent the info they asked for it becomes redundant what am I to do??:thumbsup: What until they show me they need more? Call me? I would still be here waiting.

    CAN YOU OTHER PEOPLE HERE WRITE ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT OTHER SOFTWARE i CAN USE WITH COREL THIS ONE IS GARBAGE IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS THEY WILL PLAY GAMES WITH YOU OBVIOUSLY. TO THE FIRST RESPONDER UNDER MY FIRST POST. yOU ARE RIGHT USCUTTER HAS HANDDOWN GOOD SERVICE THESE ARE WORTH OF MY MONEY. I buy my vinyl and other supplies from them over and over I had a problem with some vinyl once and they where willing to call me and take care of it and get to the bottom. For the sake of signcut they can only wish at this time they where even close to this on my case. I am not venting I already have clean hands. Us cutter yes I will purchase through them infact I just wrote them asking what cutters they sell work directly with corel draw they let me know today that my cutter don't so maybe it is time to buy one that does. To anyone buying a cutter if you use corel buy one from uscutter that works with corel they have them and I look forward to hearing from them tomorrow!
