I do craft type shows. With other things and am gradually going over to vinyl. I want to take vinyl decals to craft shows to sell and hopfully make a little money to keep buying vinyl! LOL I just have no idea how to package decals or what to bring that is popular. :- Lacey

Ok, sounds like SBE is the user friendliest as far as ease goes. I'm keepingit then adn hoping to get pro one day. LOL Or a paid version. I use CoralDraw x4 for turning to eps. I just found Irfanview on this site. I have trouble with it not reading some files but it has made life easier as I sort out files and place them in to new folders. Does anyone have ar eally good organizing system? Do you use numbers, letters, names...what to organize your files??? I'm really trying to get through the free stuff I've gotten and organize it so I can save time when cutting. Thanks for any and all tips! Lacey

Hi Everyone! I'm new here today and thought I would post a quick intro. I have ran my own business for the last 6 or 7 years, I started out making Retired Racing Greyhound Collars, added a line of Embrodiered Silks or dog capes, t-shirts and other monogrammed items. I just grew into Vinyl my new best friend! I have a Creation PC Cutter and am learing how to use it! LOL I want to vector images, cut and weed, just play around with my new cutter. I'm no artist and that's the issues so far. I have 4 children, two retired racing greyhounds, one husband and lots of work. I live in Grand Rapids, MI and am looking forward to meeting and learning new things from everyone. Hoping to learn enough to help other new ones later on!!! Thanks for having me, Lacey

Hi! I have gotten loads of info from this board and it ia all overwhelming and appreciated!!!! I have another favor....Does anyone here have a plus size dress/female and husky male figure? I'm doing a banner for a plus size shop to show what I can do. She has no logo yet, no sign, no anything other than a painted sign on an a frame for her store front. If I could do something great...it could lead to My First Store Front!!!! I'm so needing this! Thank anyone who reads this and any help would be appreciated! Lacey

I love all animal prints now! LOL I bought a really cute giraffe print for daughter. I think I may have animalitis...but my fav now is giraffe. Wish we could find that as well. LOL I have a question for you...when doing other things like mugs, etc would you use the same vinyl as you use for your banners? Do you have to do something special to seal it? Just curious because I have only done two plates as practice plates and not used them at all! Glad to hear I'm not the only one! I over add to everything right now!!! I'm just having fun playing with everything...maybe one day I will wish for plain! For now I love all the graphics and text choices..My husband just imported 7,000 fonts to my signblazer...felt like a kid on Christmas morning..LOL Lacey

Great idea!!! I have her card and she spelled PLUS in all caps as opposed to the lower....Her card is just a basic no frills card. Wish she had added sommething for me to work with a bit! LOL Maybe she likes basic and will think I over killed it with graphics cause I'm new and like to play! Lacey

Hi All! Thanks for the Welcome and I'm learning and reading tons! LOL I live about 20 minutes from Wensco...in Belmont. Just got my account set up with them. I have another company out in Kentwood I was going to but prices were way up there...found Wensco and have not ordered yet. How is their tape? I have ordered tape off ebay and a film? I'm wondering if the film is even transfer film..thinking I got suckered! LOL It feels like a vinyl to me. LOL Anyway thanks for having me. Looking forward to getting help and maye helping others! I guess my thought had been if they had an issue with the name, it would have been with Large and Lovely! LOL Her PLUS Him was tame to me compared to the prior name. I did not think at all about more people viewing it other than me or my family's view...and it can be taken offensive. I would never want or intend to offend anyone ever! I think I will run with this: NOW OPEN Her PLUS Him Consignment Shop Clothes Sizes 18 to 56 ([move][/move]using a fancy Font) Will also check spelling prior to cutting, made that mistake before! I know what your saying...I bought 80 black plates off ebay....then could not figure out how to cut a zebra style out of the vinyl to make it! LOL I'm out lots and have 78 plates left to play on! LOL Maybe someone can help us! Thanks! Lacey
