  1. Copam emailed me to tady to say "please use windows" What does that mean??? because I have Vista on my laptop I can't use my cutter?? I don't get it. I also tryed the tec support on Sign cut but it failed to go, it just bounced back to me. There got to be a way to get this going, can any one suggest a place to get tec support?? I really need this cutter up and running!!  :(


  2. Bill thanks for the responce I have tried reinstalling all my software and drivers and I have looked for other driver also.

    I was thinking it would be like hooking up a printer HA! not so much. I have a lot to learn. I beveive it is a driver issue but I'm not sure

    What i can't beleive is the lack of tec support? Besides this forum It seems like there is very little for this type of thing? Well anyhow

  3. Hello, new here for starters.  ;D  So I have a copam cp-4050 with serial and a keyspan USB addaptor. I'm runnig the SingCut-x2

    and know very little about cutting. My cutter responds with a motion but nothing,l I can test cut on the cutter but it is like it is not talking to my computer. I have vista also if that matters. Any help would be great. Also I should add it is a used cutter and I did not get any software with it.

    I would really like to get it going but right now it is just a fancy paper weight.
