  2. Copam emailed me to tady to say "please use windows" What does that mean??? because I have Vista on my laptop I can't use my cutter?? I don't get it. I also tryed the tec support on Sign cut but it failed to go, it just bounced back to me. There got to be a way to get this going, can any one suggest a place to get tec support?? I really need this cutter up and running!!
  3. Bill thanks for the responce I have tried reinstalling all my software and drivers and I have looked for other driver also. I was thinking it would be like hooking up a printer HA! not so much. I have a lot to learn. I beveive it is a driver issue but I'm not sure What i can't beleive is the lack of tec support? Besides this forum It seems like there is very little for this type of thing? Well anyhow thanks Keith
