Oh duh just figured out what AI is now to figure out how to send it that way.

I hate to sound dumb but I am new at this. How do I send AI and can someone tell me how to do it.

OK everyone, I got a new roll of vinyl and the transfer paper still wont take the graphics off the new vinyl. Now US wants me to cut and weed something put the transfer paper on it and send it to them so they can see what its doing. UMMM It don't even stick on the corners of the vinyl no sooner than its put on it starts to roll up on the corners. So I would say its the transfer paper and not the vinyl. So before I send it all back cutter and all where is the best place to get 3M transfer paper.

I to am having the same problem with the US Cutter app. tape and vinyl. I can get 1 out 5 to stick and then nothing it messes up and peels right on off. I did how ever pull off 5 feet of it and it still does it.

Here is the vinyl BGS2410-7501 Here is the tape RTT4075-1200 High tack (General Purpose) Got both from UScutters.

How does on go about adding fonts to the graphic and changeing it all to vertorise mode. I have tried it and either the font or the graphic wont show up once u hit cutter. I am new at this so any help I will be deeply grateful for. Thank you Nancy

Ok here is what I have and i want it to cut this way. In the main screen i have a picture and fonts on the top and bottom. But when I go to cutter the fonts are not there. Can someone help me please.Thank youNancy

I just got my cutter and I can't take my images from my saved files on my computer to work. It tells me that the images are in Bitmap. Can anyone tell me why. No books came with the disc to tell me how to fix it. Also I have made some things and the transfer paper will not pick up the letters. And where can I get more graphics for the signblazer. I should have put in there that its graphics from my scanner. Sorry about that. But I would still like to find out how to get them to go I am new at this and when the software doesn't come with books its hard to figure it out. How would I go about putting the fonts on the graphic image and they both show up when u go to gutter. Please help Nancy

I tried it and it wouldn't let me open it and then went to delete it and it wouldn't let me do that either but finily got it out.
