I have been selling custom vinyl signs online for over a year now. I recently hit the unemployment line. With that being said, I need to fill the cash void. My plan is to coldcall on local businesses, not a unique idea but hopefully a worthwhile one. Have any of you been successful with this approach? If so, what did you find was the best lead in question? ie Window signage, banners, low price, speedy tunaround.
Also the price question. I am trying to drum up business, I think it would be necessary to have an answer when the customer asks how much? Is there a quick pricing method you use to get jobs on the fly?
