For some reason your objects are snapping to grid (even with that feature shut off) ....One of the major problems with your design is that the back, shoulders, and arm has open space. ( making it unable to be punch/welded ) It can be done but I can't think of a quick easy way...... maybe someone else will chime in

Just make circles in yet another color and cut them with each of the color/layers you need (use search function ther are about a dozen threads on this topic)

I lurk more than post. I have always enjoyed reading Johns posts, as they seem to add another prespective far different from the normal posts, an added level of intuition that I would truly miss. This forum is like a seemed like family to me, I was concerned more of John and Kens health than a recent scare in my own family. John Best Wishes ( I hope you stick around) Pete G

Longevity of vinyl transfers?!?
Buggie Pilot replied to metatrox's topic in T-Shirts and/ or Garments
I usually press hotter by 5o and longer by 20% (or press-peel-repress with teflon sheet) I usually wash my samples hot/dry hot with no problem....... However I include instructions to wash inside-out cool, tumble dry on low setting, with every shirt I sell in hopes that they might read it and have the shirt for a long time -

Alumalite will work just fine.... 12 different colors and matching edge caps....colorfast guarenteed. I've used it a number of times and use a circular saw with a plywood blade to cut it

You might try edge caps made for alumalite, omegabond, or durabond. http://www.signboards.com/products/accessories.asp real nice touch & comes in many colors
